Loe Honored

Edith Loe, 84, was honored at Blaine Senior Center for her dedication to the communtiy. She served on the finance commitee at Blaine Senior Center Loe helped to raise $32,000 for the Center.

Loe also volunteered nearly 500 hours over four years at City Hall and worked at Semiahmoo Park for twelve years before its closure.

In early September, Loe will be moving to Kalispell, Mont. To be with her surrogate family. “There comes a time for everything,” Loe said.

During her time in Montana, Loe plans on doing more volunteer work. .
