Cherry Point Refinery and Birch Bay State Park have begun
their 2001 Summer Interpretive Programs which are held at
the parks wildlife theater.

at 7:30 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m.

July 14: The Art of Tracking Wildlife
July 21: Coyote: Myth and Reality
July 28: Marine Mammals of the Salish Sea
August 4: Eagle: The King of Raptors
August 11: Mountain to Sea: Northwest Wildlife and
Habitats
August 25: Gulls of Land and Sea
As well, talks on salmon will be held, beginning at 10 a.m.
except for August 18 and September 1 which start at 7 p.m.
Talks are on the salmon life cycle, Terrell Creeks
water quality and how we as humans fit into the picture.
