Letters to the Editor
The Editor:
Nancy and I would like to express our deep appreciation
for the support we received in my campaign for the state
legislature. While we are disappointed with the results,
we are encouraged by our community. The willingness of
all voters to turn out in such overwhelming fashion has
shown the greatness of this nation.
We would like to thank each of you who supported my campaign – from
the public officials to the working families and the many
who volunteered. Nancy and I cannot thank you enough for
your support.
I am proud of the message we brought to the forefront.
I am proud to have been able to stand with you for a stronger,
prouder community. It is my firm belief that the message
of my campaign – through all of you – has laid
the groundwork for the change we talked about. So many
of you voiced your desire for that change and through that,
I believe we are on our way to a better, more prosperous
America.
God bless you all.

our deepest gratitude to everyone for your thoughts,
prayers, kindness and support for us during our recent

You have demonstrated the true meaning of friendship,

immense void that Jim’s death has left in our hearts and lives.
Thank you again.
