Our Winemaker Series continues in July with a mouth-watering five-course dinner designed by our own Executive Chef Bruno, paired perfectly with the distinctive wines of Spring Valley Vineyards. The opening reception in the Wine Room will begin at 5:30pm followed by an elegant and quintessentially Pacific Northwest dining experience. Thoughtful pairings include delights such as Pan Seared Foie Gras and Pork Belly paired with our Spring Valley 2010 Cabernet Franc. We also will be serving Japanese Wagyu Ribeye with Spring Valley’s 2012 “Frederick”.
We are proud to announce that the winemaker himself, Serge Laville, will be in attendance from Spring Valley Vineyards. Package Rates from $389 for two.
