Mother-son
team open Birch Bay office
Terry
Lehman and Josh Lehman, a mother-son team, recently opened
the Muljat Group at the Bay real estate office in Birch
Bay.
The
Lehmans assist buyers and sellers with single-family homes,
condominiums, lots and commercial properties. Muljat Group
at the Bay will focus on waterfront properties from Semiahmoo
Point to Chuckanut Bay, as well as northern Whatcom County
communities. Terry Lehman became part of Muljat Group six
years ago and was joined by her son Josh three years ago.
The Lehmans joined the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce shortly
after moving into their office at 7826 Birch Bay Drive (the
Trendwest resorts building).
Although
Birch Bay attracts many retirees, the Lehmans said its growth
is more diverse than generally perceived. Both Lehmans have
earned their Accredited Buyer Representative certification.
The Muljat Group, locally owned and operated, now has more
than 60 agents staffing its Bellingham headquarters and
three satellite offices.
