Here at BP Cherry Point Refinery, we believe our society is enriched through the energy and community involvement of our children. We are pleased to present a monthly look at a few out of the many local youths in the Blaine School District who enhance our society and our lives.

Linsey Taylor,
11th grade

Linsey is an outstanding student with a friendly attitude and a positive outlook on life. She is diligent about working on the BHS web page and enjoys playing basketball.

Lisa VonSicard,
6th grade

Lisa is always friendly and polite. She is a very nice girl and has earned the respect of the staff and peers. Lisa enjoys singing in the school choir and horse back riding in her free time.Back to Top

Tanner Foster,
2nd grade

Tanner is an amazing second grader. He is always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Tanner works hard and tries his best in class. He is not afraid to take on new challenges and welcomes the opportunity to improve his work if needed. Tanner has a warm and friendly personality that lights up the room.. Back to Top

Chrystle Gibbins,
8th grade

Chrystle Gibbins is always cheerful and ready to learn. She is continually a positive influence for other students and she brightens the day of everyone with whom she comes in contact. She has been a huge part of the School’s Out video creation and will put together the final production.Back to Top

Emily Kramme,
3rd grade

Emily is a role-model and a self-starter. She emulates quality in all of her endeavors. She is a conflict manager and “buddy reads” with a variety of students. Her positive attitude towards her school, classmates and peers is invaluable. Emily constantly sets goals and can achieve anything she sets her mind to.
