crunch may mean cutting projects Faced with a substantial
jump in the cost of wholesale power as early as July,
Blaine city council is considering its options to keep
the citys electric utility financially viable. |

board has lost four of its directors, including the

museum to open
About two miles southwest of the city of
Blaine, remnants of a significant era of the towns
heritage are gathering dust, hidden from public view.

Memorial Day, Drayton Harbor Maritime (DHM) and Whatcom
County Parks and Recreation want to lift the veil of
years since the Semiahmoo Museum closed. |
