The
Editor:
Be it right or wrong, a day of heroism or calumny, June 25,
2001 marks the 125th anniversary of the battle of the Little
Bighorn in 1876.
Even though by now it is but a footnote in history, let us
pause and remember the brave men, on both sides, who gave
their lives that hot Montana day.

The
Editor:
We would like to thank everyone who made the Skywater parade
a great success. Special thanks go to Jim Jorgenson, the
MC; Angel DeWitt, Kim Buxton, Maggi Spencer, and everyone
else who stepped up to help the parade run smoothly.
Not
only are volunteers essential to organize and run the parade,
but the entries are what really made it happen. Its
not easy to get your entry ready and wait in line two hours
just to show for a half an hour. The Hrutfiord family spends
a great deal more time than that just to drive the tractors
to the parade and back!
The
dedication of the parade entrants is really what makes a
good parade. Thank you.
