Here at BP Cherry Point Refinery, we believe our society is enriched through the energy and community involvement of our children. We are pleased to present a monthly look at a few out of the many local youths in the Blaine School District who enhance our society and our lives.

Hardeep Heer,
12th grade

Hardeep is an outstanding citizen and student. He works with ASB as well as the pre-apprentice program. Hardeep contributes frequently to school wide activities and works closely with his fellow peers at being a positive role model.

Hannah Hathaway,
12th grade

Hannah is enrolled in a college preparatory study with many Advance Placement classes. She is working with special education and spending her lunches to provide a peer group for special needs students. She loves her horse and is active in 4-H and its leadership. Back to Top

Sheralyn Quintania,
8th grade

Sheralyn is a gentle, soft-spoken student who has earned the trust and friendship of many students. Her teachers say that she is a dedicated student. In her spare time she loves to play the piano. Back to Top

Greg Perry,
5th grade

Greg has been helping in the gym after lunch to get it ready for PE classes. He dust mops the floor, takes the trays back to the kitchen, and even puts tables away if we are behind. He is very polite and is always ready to give a hand. He is a great kid. Back to Top

Kelsey Berge,
3rd grade

Kelsey is a hard-working third grader. She shows her motivation of learning through participating in after school classes and job corps. She is very well liked and respected by her classmates. Kelsey has a very kind heart and is a pleasure to have in class.

Jesse Kilthau,
6th grade

Jesse is always willing to help others. He takes his job as class officer very seriously and does a great job. He is active and hard working in the wrestling program. Overall he is a very nice person, appreciated by his teachers and his peers. Back to Top

Heidi Hollander,
1st grade

Heidi always smiles! She comes to school with a bright smile and a positive attitude. She works hard, listens well in class and gets along with her peers. She always participates in class and is a happy child.
