  1. This is a great family-oriented event that I hope grows more each year. It’s really fun to watch the ring of flares light up at the designated hour, Then, sky lanterns start lifting into the night sky and a few roman candles light up the night. It’s hard to capture the full effect from the shoreline. Hopefully, someone with a camera will be able to capture the event from out in the water or, better yet, from a drone-mounted camera next new year’s eve.
